The word is free!

The campaign The Word is Free aims to increase public awareness of free opinion formation and the importance of libraries as open meeting places for all.

The Norrbotten Regional Library runs the campaign together with the libraries in Västerbotten, Jämtland Härjedalen and Västernorrland. We give the libraries courage, inspiration and tools to strengthen democracy and free opinions in society.
