People with a diagnosed mental health condition such as depression, stress or anxiety, or people at risk of developing such a condition, should be able to receive a prescription to participate in group cultural activities.

Culture on prescription is a three-year project funded by Interreg Baltic Sea Region. The project was initiated and led by Odense Municipality in Denmark and has project partners in six other countries; Latvia, Poland, Finland, Lithuania, Germany and Sweden, where Region Norrbotten and Sunderby Folkhögskola are the Swedish project partners.
