Develop learning centers as multifunctional hubs for skills provision, education and community development.
Strengthen regional collaboration between learning centers through networks, exchange of experiences and joint development efforts.
Contribute to gender equality and equity in access to education through surveys and analyses of participating groups.

A cohesive and sustainable structure for lifelong learning throughout Norrbotten.
A strengthened role for learning centers as local hubs where employers, education providers and students meet.
In-depth strategic collaboration between municipalities, regions and universities regarding skills supply.
