A learning center is a local meeting place for lifelong learning that gives individuals the opportunity to study, develop and remain in their home municipality. By offering study environments, digital equipment, guidance and exam services, learning centers make it possible to take part in education from universities, polytechnics and adult education regardless of where you live.

For society, learning centers are an important driver for skills provision, local development and equal access to education. All municipalities in Norrbotten have a learning center.
