Norrbotten's challenges in skills supply are great - we are breaking new ground in broad collaboration. At Kompetensarenan, we work to ensure that the availability of skills meets the needs of the labor market. All to promote sustainable growth and competitiveness.

As regional development manager, Region Norrbotten is tasked with strengthening the region's skills supply. We are doing this through the Kompetensarena Norrbotten project.
