Public transport

Region Norrbotten works together with the public transport authority to ensure that it is possible to travel by public transport in large parts of our county.

The Public Transport Authority of Norrbotten is tasked with coordinating, streamlining and developing public transport in the county. The authority shall also participate in local, regional and national networks that create the conditions for continued development and rational management of public transport. The Public Transport Authority also works to regularly set goals and ambitions for regional public transport. This is done in a traffic supply program.
