What is Smart Specialization used for?
We are several actors who together contribute to the implementation of the Smart Specialization Strategy. The priorities point out where we need to gather strength. It is within these areas that we need to develop collaboration between business, the public sector, academia and civil society. By focusing and collaborating, we can strengthen the county's conditions and drive development forward.
The strategy is also a basis for assessing applications for project funding and a tool for accessing EU funds, by showing in which areas there is potential to contribute to development and innovation.
