About the work
Invest in Norrbotten has a regional mission to strengthen the county's attractiveness and ability to receive housing investments. In line with the green industrial transition, the need for new housing is increasing rapidly, especially in the establishment municipalities. During the project, the collaboration with the county's municipalities is planned to be stepped up and efforts will be adapted based on each municipality's unique situation.
Through this activity, we want to increase the regional capacity to attract and enable business with responsible construction actors. The work is based on a methodology that combines commercial packaging, strategic communication and close collaboration with municipalities and landowners. The goal is to develop concrete, investment-ready offers that meet construction actors' needs and expectations.
The work package includes developing business offerings aimed at property developers with high ambitions in sustainability.
We are looking for municipalities that want to participate in the work
Right now, we are inviting municipalities in Norrbotten to register interest in support in packaging business opportunities, with the goal of creating conditions for more housing investments.
