Strategic partnership in Upper Norrland

The Strategic Partnership for Upper Norrland is one of eight partnerships in Sweden and consists of members from both Norrbotten County and Västerbotten County.

It consists of a chairman and 24 members. The members represent municipalities, regions, the Sami Parliament, labor market organizations, relevant interest organizations and associations, the Public Employment Service, the Social Insurance Agency, the County Administrative Board and universities.

The role of the partnership is to collaborate with the managing authorities for ERDF and ESF+ in the work on call plans and calls for funds.
