Four priority areas

In Norrbotten, we focus on four priority areas that are particularly important for the county's development. They are interconnected and not only take into account how the outside world affects us, but also build on our strengths, opportunities and challenges. The areas describe what needs to be developed so that Norrbotten continues to be attractive, sustainable and competitive.

Four enabling principles help us ensure the sustainability of our efforts. When we develop Norrbotten, we need to include the principles in our work.

The four enabling principles

Good access to culture, sports and outdoor activities strengthens well-being, community and public health.
