This is how we move from words to action
Development takes place locally – but is influenced by decisions at all levels. For the Norrbotten Strategy to become a reality, we need cooperation, location-adapted solutions and learning that is built up over time. Through action plans, joint efforts and development funds, we gain the power to drive sustainable development in Norrbotten. Funding is available at the municipal, regional, national and EU levels. Together we make the strategy possible.
Action plans bring together stakeholders from across the county around common goals and clear roles. The plans are time-limited, encouraging testing and learning.
