Exhibitor information for the Europaforum in Kiruna 7-8 May
We offer interested parties - municipalities, associations, authorities, companies and projects - to exhibit at the conference.
Europaforum is northern Sweden's major annual conference on EU issues, now being held for the thirtieth time. A knowledge arena about issues that may seem difficult, but are important to understand and influence.
During the forum you can listen to decision-makers from the EU and national level in dialogue with regional and local politicians. You can join in the conversation yourself, gain new perspectives and deepen your knowledge.
We place exhibitors in common areas between the plenary hall, coffee and parallel seminars.
Cost 10,000 SEK (excluding VAT)
The following are included:
- stand area 2x2 meters
- el
- panel
- presentation in the program
We are accepting expressions of interest until April 17th.
The organizer then distributes the exhibition spaces.
Please note that exhibitors must also be registered for the conference.
