The importance of civil society for attractive living environments

A strong and vibrant civil society is fundamental to people's living conditions.

 

A strong civil society in Norrbotten contributes to creating innovative solutions to our societal challenges, and to enabling sustainable growth and a rich cultural and leisure life. The green transition has opened up opportunities for new establishments and investments in northern Sweden that we have never seen before. These expansions will require many new recruitments and many people moving to Norrbotten in the near future.

Some of the questions: How can we harness the power that exists in civil society? How can we avoid fly in – fly out? What do municipalities need to succeed?
