The energy system of the future – will Norrbotten take the lead?

Jokkmokk Arctic Talks puts important development issues for Norrbotten on the national agenda. What are our conditions and challenges?

Because at the same time as the energy puzzle is being solved, the county's municipalities must prepare for more residents. Because more housing, infrastructure, welfare and public services are required. What is needed to make this happen?

A couple of large investments in hydrogen are planned in Jokkmokk. What does this mean for a small community like Jokkmokk? Is there acceptance for the expansions? What does this mean for other industries? Can we introduce natural resource fees?

The panel includes Kristina Alvendal, the government's designated coordinator for facilitating industrial transition. She will be joined by politicians, debaters and business representatives. The panel discussion will be moderated by Willy Silberstein.
