Pride – for everyone's equal right to love
For Region Norrbotten, it is a given to work for a county where the green transition consists of more colors than green! Part of that is that we support several of the county's Pride events.
This summer, Pride is celebrated all over Norrbotten. For Region Norrbotten, Pride is an opportunity to draw attention to the situation of LGBTQ people and the access of all Norrbotten residents to a equal care. We also want Norrbotten to be a welcoming county where everyone feels safe and where people want to move.
Pride is an arena for celebrating everyone's equal right to love, an opportunity to highlight joys and at the same time focus on what can be better. Region Norrbotten supports Pride in Norrbotten and this year we are offering lectures, a park mingle in Luleå and a performance by Vanity Vain, the drag show artist who achieved success in the American TV show RuPaul's Drag Race Global All Stars.
Region Norrbotten wishes all residents and visitors to Norrbotten fantastic Pride experiences, but also deeper insights.
