Welcome to contribute with input for the work on the new RUS

The work to revise Norrbotten's regional development strategy, RUS, will soon begin. During the year, we will collect thoughts, knowledge, opinions and perspectives in various ways. They will later be incorporated into the new strategy, which aims for 2040. But before then, there are two questions we want answers to.

The regional development strategy will be developed in collaboration with the county's municipalities, civil society, organizations, business, authorities, academia, etc. During 2024, Region Norrbotten intends to develop the dialogue through workshops and meetings.

But there is already an opportunity for the above actors to contribute to the work and influence how we design the dialogues.

We would like answers to the following questions:

• What has been positive and what areas can be improved in the current regional development strategy, Regional Development Strategy Norrbotten 2030?
• What conditions have you linked to the upcoming process and dialogues for revising RUS?

Region Norrbotten will also make it possible for private individuals to provide input into the strategy. It will be adopted in the fall of 2025.
