Do you want to help influence cultural life in the Barents Region?

Are you a professional cultural worker or art creator? Then you are welcome to respond to a survey that will map the situation for cultural life after the pandemic and suggest measures to increase international cooperation.

The Barents Culture Report was commissioned by the Barents Council/Barents Euro-Arctic Council, which in Sweden is represented by the government, Region Västerbotten and Region Norrbotten.
