New report maps Norrbotten's skills needs

Due to the major challenges facing the region's business community, the report "Competence needs in Norrbotten linked to vocational schools" with its mapping and analysis is of greatest interest.

Region Norrbotten has commissioned Oxford Research to conduct an assessment of industry needs and trends in the regional labor market linked to the supply of polytechnic education.

The report is a commission from the Swedish Agency for Vocational Education and Training (MYh).

The report includes an extensive literature study in the Google Scholar databases as well as in-depth interviews with selected respondents to gain an understanding of trends within different industries and how these relate to the specific industry development in the region.
