As of May 25, 2018, new data protection legislation, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), will apply in Sweden and the rest of the EU. The legislation replaces the Personal Data Act (PUL) and is designed to protect individuals' personal privacy and provide clearer control over how your personal data is used throughout the EU.
