Special operational support
Good to know
Support can be provided for daily operations.
Support can be provided to you as the owner of a retail outlet that has a diverse range* of groceries and that:
- is located more than 10 km from another point of sale, or is located in the archipelago without a fixed land connection
- has permanent premises that are open year-round
- has a net turnover of no more than SEK 11 million.
- is important for other services such as fuel, mail and parcels, pharmacies and payment services.
* A diverse selection means that the point of sale should function as the household's main point of purchase. The product groups dairy, meat products, eggs, fresh bread, fruit and vegetables should be represented.
Special operating support can be provided with a maximum of SEK 300 per year and point of sale.
The support is calculated on the previous year's sales of groceries.
If you apply for and are granted service grants and special operating support in the same year, the total amount for both supports can be a maximum of SEK 300.
You can apply for special operating support retroactively once a year.
You apply digitally via the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Development's e-service. My application
