Support can be applied for investments in premises and equipment, but also for skills-enhancing initiatives or to develop action programs that improve profitability.
Support for those who are developing a grocery store and/or a fuel facility in a rural area where service is sparse.
The support is means-tested and each application is assessed individually. The support can amount to a maximum of 50 percent of the investment, but in special cases a higher support percentage can be given.
The support is negligible support. The applicant must ensure that support applied for through the Norrbotten Region and other authorities/organizations, as well as reductions in employer contributions that are considered negligible support, do not exceed SEK 1,8 million over a three-year period. A certificate of negligible support must be attached to the application for support.
