Europe in my region – presentation of EU framework projects
As part of the information campaign Europe in my region, Region Norrbotten and Region Västerbotten invite you to a presentation of a completed EU framework project. The presentation shows how funds from the European Regional Development Fund have been used to benefit the business community in Norrbotten and Västerbotten.
Region Norrbotten and Region Västerbotten were given the opportunity to be the first to run framework projects with full funding from the EU's structural funds for business support. The companies' own efforts have matched the co-financing, which has meant that no funds from the state 1:1 allocation have had to be used.
On May 28th, we will hold a digital presentation where we will talk about how the project was set up.
We will also present how the granted support has been distributed and the number of companies that have received the support.
Region Norrbotten and Region Västerbotten have broadly similar conditions. We cooperate across county borders to learn from each other. This has been a success factor in the project. We hold regular experience meetings, where current issues and different types of support are discussed. At these meetings we also consult on how the regulations should be interpreted.
The presentation concludes with good examples and valuable experiences.
