Region Norrbotten and Region Västerbotten are each organizing a series of workshops with different themes. At the workshop you will have the opportunity to discuss regional development initiatives for upper Norrland and provide input on how you want Norrbotten and Västerbotten to develop by 2027.

It involves billions of kronor from, among other things, the European Regional Fund and how this money will be used over the next seven years. The Norrbotten Region and the Västerbotten Region, together with the Sami Parliament and the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth, are developing a joint program - a proposal for what the regions want to do with these EU funds. The money will enable projects to develop innovation and entrepreneurship, infrastructure, green investments and broadband. In order to receive proposals for suitable projects and investments for the program, the regions are holding workshops.
