Workshop: Regional project development and investment dialogue

Welcome to a regional workshop with a focus on project development and sustainable investments linked to the energy transition in Norrbotten. Representatives from the European Investment Bank (EIB) will participate during the day, with the aim of gaining in-depth insight into ongoing initiatives and investment needs in the region and discussing future cooperation opportunities.

The workshop is aimed at those of you who are decision-makers and/or work with project development within a municipality, region or business.

The aim of the workshop is to collect as many relevant project ideas as possible – ideas presented within the framework of TARGET, the EIB’s technical assistance programme, that can help in the further advancement and implementation of these projects. The focus is on jointly identifying and collecting concrete needs and mapping future technical assistance and investments required to drive the energy transition forward.

To contribute to a fruitful discussion, we encourage you to bring relevant documentation such as current project or maintenance plans (e.g. ventilation systems, lighting replacement, solar cell investigation, etc.).

We look forward to a constructive and forward-looking dialogue on how we can together strengthen Norrbotten's energy transition!
