Recruit with English as the working language

In Norrbotten, more and more employers are having difficulty finding the workforce they need. At the same time, there is interest in living and working in Norrbotten in other European countries. But how does it work to recruit from abroad? And how does it work to have an employee who initially does not speak Swedish?

During this lunch webinar, small and medium-sized companies are invited to receive information about recruitment and the support available. You will gain insight into the interest from the workforce in the Netherlands, who will meet Norrbotten at the big fair Emigration Expo in Utrecht in April.

During the webinar, you will also meet and be inspired by three employers who recruit employees from the EU/EEA. Hear their stories about the journey they have made and continue to make to find the skills they need.

The webinar is held on Teams.
