Regional Gender Equality Day
Gender equality needs to clearly permeate the county for Norrbotten to achieve sustainable social development. Four regional actors are arranging the Regional Gender Equality Day to recognize successful gender equality work and award the Norrbotten Gender Equality Award to the actor who is currently doing something special to put gender equality issues at the top of the agenda.

Gender equality and equity work helps recruit and retain employees, it builds public support and increases trust in the authority - and it makes our civil situation picture more complete in military operations. In short, it makes us stronger.
SSAB: A gender-equal industry – how important is it?
Ongoing societal transformation affects everyone and a large part of the responsibility lies with those who drive societal development. What makes companies like SSAB sign a declaration of intent for gender equality in industry and participate in gender equality leadership?
During the day, the winner of the Norrbotten Gender Equality Award 2023 will be presented.
