Norrbotten Children's Rights Day
During Children's Rights Day, we highlight both the right of all children to accessible cultural activities and the right of children exposed to violence to access good and equal support.

This year's theme is based on the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child's recommendations to Sweden, which were published in February this year. The UN Committee on the Rights of the Child regularly reviews how countries that have acceded to the Convention on the Rights of the Child are living up to its provisions.
Some of the many recommendations given to Sweden concern regional inequalities regarding children's access to various types of services that guarantee their rights.
During Children's Rights Day, we highlight both the right of all children to accessible cultural activities and the right of children exposed to violence to access good and equal support.
From the program:
- Children's rights in practice – application of the Convention on the Rights of the Child in the cultural sector.
