Welcome to Kulturting Norr 2026: Preparedness – The art of being ready!
In a time of increased uncertainty, the role of culture in society is becoming increasingly important. Kulturting Norr 2026 focuses on how art and culture can contribute to social preparedness, democracy and freedom of expression. During the day, cultural life, civil society and the public sector come together to explore issues of artistic freedom, cultural resilience and the importance of culture when societal structures are tested.
The target group is cultural creators, actors and activities within the cultural field, officials and politicians.
