We welcome you to an inspiring digital conference filled with cultural elements, lectures and panel discussions. with a focus on the role and future of culture. During the day, politicians, cultural practitioners and experts will gather to discuss the role of culture in social development, the financing of the cultural sector, Sami culture as an important part of our cultural heritage and how we can strengthen collaboration to meet today's challenges.

But to get people to move to Luleå and want to stay, more is needed than job opportunities and housing. Culture is the piece of the puzzle that is needed for the transition to be successful, this preliminary study concludes.
