Research shows that culture plays a key role when people decide where they want to live. The Kulturkraft conference focuses on just that: How we, together with business and culture, create vibrant cities where people thrive.

The 2025 conference will be held at Kulturens hus in Luleå on November 20th with a pre-evening at Norrbottensteatern the day before.
