The green transition is in full swing. What is the need for investment in northern Sweden? How can the pace of expansion be increased?

– The railway construction index has increased by 16 percent over the past year. The cost increases threaten the entire national plan and, to an even greater extent, important projects outside the plan. What can be done to reduce costs and get more bang for your buck?
