How is welfare prioritized in the green transition?
The transformation of industry has received a lot of attention in recent years. But how does the expansion of industry affect society's core mission: welfare? In the coming years, welfare will encompass more people and new areas of responsibility will be added. At the same time, it is becoming increasingly difficult to attract and retain workers in healthcare, education and social care.

How can the public sector attract workers who earn so much better in industry? How do we avoid organizations stealing important skills from each other? What does welfare need to cope with many thousands more residents? And what is the state of emergency preparedness?
