Green Deal Talk
Over the past year, many actors in Norrbotten and Västerbotten have worked intensively on sustainable societal transformation. What have we learned? Green Deal Talk is a chance to listen and reflect together.
This spring's conference will be held on April 19. This time we will gather in Skellefteå together with our project colleagues in Region Västerbotten's North Sweden Green Deal.
What is required of a municipality in extraordinary social development?
Lars Hedqvist, Planning Manager, Skellefteå Municipality, about the journey from decommissioning to development.
How do we pave the way for increased housing construction?
Simon Strandberg, North Sweden Green Deal, about what we can do to improve the conditions.
How can municipalities lower the thresholds for moving in?
Results and experiences from Piteå Municipality's Inflyttarservice. Meet Hannah Degerman, Inflyttarservice and Stefan Lundmark, Business Department.
"Forgive Sweden" - how did Skellefteå's big national campaign land?
Helena Renström, Marketing Manager at Skellefteå Municipality, talks about the campaign and the Welcome House initiative.
Norrbotten municipalities in joint effort at Emigration Expo in the Netherlands
Stina Almkvist, North Sweden Green Deal, lets you take part in the work before, during and after Expo.
How can residents participate in influencing the future of their local community?
Oscar Stege Unger, Canucci, talks about an AI tool that was tested in Skellefteå.
How do we show LTU students what opportunities exist in the county?
With the Green Deal buses, Luleå University of Technology is testing new ways to build relationships between students, municipalities and employers. Stina Johansson, collaboration strategist, talks about the initiative.
Each program point is followed by roundtable discussions, led by Vinnova and facilitated by Rise.
NOTE! For those who want and have the opportunity, Green Deal Talk will start secretly on the afternoon of April 18. This is the program for the afternoon and evening:
15.30 - 16.40 New training for new needs! Join us at the Vocational Center
To meet the needs of the labor market, Skellefteå Municipality has designed, developed and scaled up training for the new professional roles. Also listen to the challenges of recruiting students nationally and internationally. What obstacles and opportunities have been encountered? Also take the chance to experience the new Vocational Center - the test lab that makes the training possible!
18.00 - 20.00 Moderate mingling with the Expats and Friends Association
We mingle at Sara Kulturhus and at the same time get an injection of inspiration from Expats and Friends! With the NSGD project, Expats and Friends has been able to step up their work with an international community in Skellefteå. The association has an important social function in welcoming and integrating people who move to Skellefteå from other countries.
Registration deadline: April 5
See you in Skellefteå!
