The tug-of-war over people, natural resources and energy
Jokkmokk Arctic Talks continues to put important development issues for Norrbotten on the national agenda and spread knowledge about the county's conditions and challenges.
New industrialization places great demands on society in northern Sweden. The green transition poses many questions at its core. How will we get hold of all the people needed in both industry and society? How will we get enough energy for both new and old industry? How can we agree on natural resources and find solutions that are both long-term and sustainable?
